- What happens to my old myHyundai account?
Your myHyundai account has been deactivated as part of the service being retired. While this account is no longer accessible, you can still log in to features like AutoLink and you will continue to receive important updates directly from us.
- How do I check myHyundai’s warranty information?
Your Hyundai’s warranty details can be found in the Service Passport that came with your vehicle at purchase. You can also contact your local Hyundai dealer for assistance.
- Is my account information still safe?
Absolutely. Your account information remains secure, even though MyHyundai is no longer active. Hyundai takes your privacy seriously, and all your data is still protected according to our security policies.
- How do I update my ownership details?
If you need to update your ownership information or you no longer own the vehicle, simply have your 16-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) ready and complete this form.
- Can I still access my Ampol discount?
The myHyundai 4c per litre fuel offer will continue until 1 December 2024 at participating Ampol locations.

- What’s replacing myHyundai?

- How can I check the period my roadside assistance is valid for?
Your roadside assistance renews automatically every 12 months from the date that your last scheduled maintenance service was completed at a participating Hyundai dealer.
